Specializes in strength & weight training, fat loss, body transformation, and functional fitness coaching. Experienced in both personal training and group fitness instructor.

Known for structured training methods focused on building strength, improving fitness performance, and long-term body transformation results.

Women’s Personal Trainer — exclusively for female clients.
With over 5 years of experience in personal training, she specializes in strength training, weight training, and body toning. Former Anytime Fitness trainer and Certified FITM Personal Trainer, with additional certification in Muay Thai Kickboxing for personal training.

Known for her energetic coaching style and structured training approach to help women build strength, confidence, and a stronger physique.


Coach Anis

Women’s Personal Trainer – exclusively for female clients.
With over 4 years of experience in personal training and group fitness coaching, she specializes in helping women build strength, confidence, and sustainable fitness routines in a supportive environment.

Certified FITM Fitness Instructor, HIIT Instructor, Pregnant & Postnatal Fitness Practitioner and Kettlebell Performance Training.


Coach Eyz

Women’s Personal Trainer — exclusively for female clients.
Specializing in weight gain, body toning, body transformation, and fat loss through structured strength and weight training programs tailored for women.

Coach Eyz’s personal fitness journey began from being underweight (below 40kg) to successfully transforming her physique into a stronger, athletic body — giving her firsthand experience in helping women build confidence and achieve realistic body goals.

  • PT Slots Booking Fees (Payment via Website)
    • 1 on 1 : RM300 – include 2x trial sessions. 
    • 1 on 2 : RM400 – include 2x trial sessions. 
  • After completing the 2 trial sessions, clients may choose to continue by proceeding with the remaining balance payment.
  • Booking fees are strictly non-refundable.

Session Validity

  • 6 Sessions — Valid for 30 days (Includes 30 days free gym access)
  • 10 Sessions — Valid for 60 days (Includes 60 days free gym access)
  • 20 Sessions — Valid for 120 days (Includes 120 days free gym access)

Please note that any unused sessions after the validity period will be automatically forfeited.
