HYROX STRENGTH WORKOUT

Workout designed to help you build the strength, endurance and mental toughness.
HYROX, a unique blend of endurance running and functional fitness. The components of the training will be :
- Hyrox Competition Routine; running, farmer carry, row erg, ski erg, broad jumps burpees, walking lunges & wall ball.
- Strength Training
- Grip Strengthening
- AMRAP & EMOM Workouts
Can beginners train for HYROX workouts?
ABSOLUTELY. Its a regular fitness workouts which is much easier & low risk injury compared to other high level competitive workouts.

For month of FEBRUARY 2025, the fees for 1x HYROX STRENGTH sessions is FREE.
Commitment fees will be charged for the session, with a full refund available after the session is completed.
Participants who registered but did not attend the class will not receive the refund of the commitment fees.
There is a maximum of 8 registered participants allowed per group session and minimum will be 6 participants. If the class does not meet the minimum required number of participants, it will be rescheduled for a later session.
To ensure your spot, please register and make payment early.
If the group class are marked as SOLD OUT, please consider selecting a different group sessions.
Participants who did not attended the selected session are not allowed to replace for different sessions.
