Our fitness group training is exclusively for WOMEN only. It is designed for individuals aged 18 and older who are in good health and do not have any major health issues.

PRIVATE GYM STUDIO

Heya Fitness is a private gym studio located at Setapak Indah.
Only members of the gym community can access the gym.

TYPE OF TRAINING

This training program focuses on the principles of strength and weight training, offering a powerful boost to overall health, help individuals who are in a journey to lose weight, shape their bodies and adopt a fitness-oriented lifestyle.

Coach Eyz, Coach Anis, and Coach Haley!

The founder, Coach Heya (Male Trainer), will lead the intro session during the first Kickstart class, where he will explain the structure of the group classes, gym facilities, nutrition and safety measures.

8x TRAINING SESSIONS

The fitness group training consists of 8x training sessions per month, and we have 10 groups with different schedules for you to choose. Please note that the monthly class schedules are fixed and any missed sessions can’t be replaced.

FREE GYM ACCESS

Registered participants will get free gym access for the whole month during operation hour.

Our gym is equipped with changing room facilities, and a designated area for prayer (SURAU) is available for Muslim women.

KICKSTART & ADVANCE GROUP

The Kickstart/Beginner class is designed for those starting to lose weight, build muscle, gain strength, and enhance fitness. The training includes cardio, circuit training, bodyweight exercises, and weight training.

The Advance class is for participants who have attended the beginners class over three batches or participants who are very active and familiar with basic exercise postures. Most participants in this group have been with Heya Fitness for over three years, making this class fast-paced as they have developed better strength and fitness.

(Group E – Advance)Tues & Thurs : 9.30am – 10.30am, 8 Slots left.

(Group F – Advance)Tues & Thurs : 6.00pm – 7.00pm, 2 Slots left.

(Group G – Advance)Tues & Thurs : 7.15pm – 8.15pm, 5 Slots left.

(Group H – Kickstart)Tues & Thurs : 8.15pm – 9.15pm, 8 Slots left.

(Group I – Kickstart)Sat & Sun : 8.15am – 9.15am, FULL.

(Group J – Advance)Sat & Sun : 9.15am – 10.15am,  4 Slots left.

TRAINING FEES

There is no contract, no monthly membership, not compulsory to continue classes in every months.
The fees for the first time you join is as follows:

RM260 – Individual registration

RM460 – Duo registration (Saves RM60)

8x Training Sessions. Free 1 month gym access. Free E-Book : Merangka Pelan Pemakanan

To continue the monthly classes in the following month, the fee is RM200.

For participants who have register the training sessions, our trainers will invite you into the Gym Community Whatsapp Group, 2 days before the class started.
